Fear of flying can manifest as either dreading, panicking and fretting about going on a plane journey, self-medicating (to try and 'knock oneself out' during the flght), or even avoiding flying altogether.
People who experience fear of flying therefore are limiting themselves from all sorts of desirable opportunities such as holidays, visiting familes and friends and also losing out over business deals.
Fortunately, fear of flying is relatively easy to resolve, with often one session of clinical hypnosis being sufficient.
