This book appeals to me because it's designed around the reader's eating patterns and lifestyle and takes into account individual differences and contexts; it is realistic; its ideas are sound and backed up by research about the impact of different foods and stress on our moods and weight; and it is flexible. All these elements make for good therapy and so its no surprise therefore that this book delivers on its goals. I'm a great fan of 'healthy body, healthy mind' and this book looks at dieting from a holistic perspective. Highly recommended.
